Common questions
How accurate is the instant quote?
It is a real estimate built from our own garment costs and print tiers, not a placeholder range. The final number can move if the artwork needs more print locations than you selected, if a specific blank is out of stock, or if you need a rush. We confirm it before anything is printed.
Why does the price per piece drop as quantity goes up?
Screen printing has fixed setup per colour. Spreading that across 100 shirts instead of 12 is where most of the saving comes from. Under 25 pieces we print DTF instead, which has no screen setup at all.
What is a print location?
One place on the garment where a design goes. A front chest print is one location. Front and back is two. Each extra location adds ink, labour and, on screen printing, its own setup.
Do 2XL and larger cost more?
Yes, a little, because the blank garment itself costs more. The estimate adds that automatically once you enter quantities in those sizes, so what you see already includes it.
