Terms of service

These terms cover orders placed with 570 Creative, trading as 570 Apparel, at1382 Murray Street, Forty Fort, PA 18704. Placing an order means you accept them.

Quotes

A quote holds for 30 days. Blank garment costs move with the supplier market, so past 30 days we may need to requote. A quote is not an order and does not reserve stock.

Artwork and who owns what

You keep the rights to artwork you send us. By sending it you confirm you have the right to have it printed, and you agree to cover us if a third party claims otherwise. We will not knowingly print material that infringes a trademark or copyright, and we may decline a job on those grounds.

Artwork we create for you is yours once the order is paid in full. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof before production. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Once you approve, the proof is the specification: spelling, colours, sizes, and placement are what you signed off on. Check names and numbers carefully, because a typo that is on an approved proof is a reprint at your cost.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is about 7 to 14 business days from proof approval, not from when you first got in touch. Rush work may be possible and is quoted separately. Supplier stock issues and shipping delays are outside our control, and we tell you as soon as we know about one.

Quantities

There is no order minimum. On larger screen printed runs, the trade-standard underrun or overrun of up to 3% can occur. We bill the quantity actually delivered.

Payment

Shop orders are paid online through PayPal, which also handles Venmo and card. Custom orders may require a deposit before production, which we tell you at quote time. The balance is due before pickup or shipping. Prices are in United States dollars and exclude sales tax where it applies.

Cancellations

You can cancel before you approve the proof at no cost. After approval, garments have usually been ordered and screens or films prepared, so cancellation covers materials and work already done. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Printed goods are made to order and are final sale. If we misprint an item, ship the wrong one, or the garment is defective, we refund or remake it. The full policy is on the returns page.

Customer supplied garments

We will print on garments you supply, but not at our risk. Printing can go wrong on an unknown blank, and we do not replace items we did not sell you. Bring spares.

Limit of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or the cost of a missed event date.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account being used for fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disputes belong to the courts of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
