Screen Printing
Screen Printing Services in NEPA
Screen printing is the right call when you need quality and consistency across a solid run of pieces. If you're outfitting a team, putting your logo on staff gear, or stocking a school store, this is usually where we start the conversation.
No order minimums. Free design help. Family-owned in Forty Fort, PA.
What screen printing is good for
Sports uniforms and team jerseys. Staff and volunteer shirts. School spirit wear and booster club orders. Events, community fundraisers, and business uniforms. If you're ordering for a group, screen printing holds up, wash after wash, piece after piece.
How it works
Each color in your design is applied with a separate screen and high-quality ink. The result is bold, durable, and consistent across the full run. We work with a wide range of garment brands and can match to your style, cut, and color needs.
Specialty inks
Standard plastisol is what most people think of, but we also work with discharge, waterbased, metallic, and glitter inks. If you have a specific finish in mind, let us know. We'll figure out how to get there.
No minimums
We don't have an order minimum. One shirt or several hundred, both are fine. Larger quantities get better pricing, so it's worth asking if you're planning a bigger run.
Serving all of NEPA
We're in Forty Fort and print for customers across the Wyoming Valley: businesses in Wilkes-Barre, teams in Scranton, schools from Kingston to Pittston and everywhere in between.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order for screen printing?
No. 570 Apparel has no order minimums. Order a single shirt or several hundred. Larger runs get better per-piece pricing, so it is worth asking if you are planning a bigger order.
How many ink colors can you print?
Screen printing handles multiple spot colors, each applied with its own screen. For photographic or many-color artwork, we will usually recommend full-color DTF instead. Just ask and we will point you to the right method.
How long does a screen printing order take?
Most orders are ready in about 7 to 14 business days after you approve your digital proof. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options when you request your quote.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Forty Fort, PA and print for customers across all of Northeastern Pennsylvania, including Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Kingston, and the greater Wyoming Valley.
